From bridesmaid to bride what a victory it was for Sacha after toiling away for the last few years. Bumps came in a credible 2nd. A massive congratulations to our 3rd place finisher in P "Diddy" Dandy taking out the final podium place for the first time.

The win was set up mid game when Sacha, Graham and Bumps were "All in" on the 2 hole cards. Graham had 6's, Sacha 10's and Bumps had the Aces. Sacha got his 3rd 10 on the flop and that was enough to take a huge pot down.

Another first was SAK buying in for the first time in 4 years (a mighty fine effort to resist for so long) but then going on to blow it in record time 2 hands later - absolute gold!!!

So on Saturday the 17th of January we will be having our 4th Poker Tournament of the Off Season.

For those who haven't played poker before don't worry you'll have a blast. A number of rookies have taken out the prize over the past 4 years.

Doors open - 7pm.

Cards dealt - 730pm.

The deal is:

£20 buy in for your chips. Student rates are available.

£20 re buy during the 1st hour if you've blown your stack.

£5 for pizza if eating.

Cash goes to winner & runner-up.

The Bar is open for trade at the usual prices.
