The subscription to 'The Roe Club' for one number/share shall be £5 per month payable by Standing Order on the first or fifteenth day of the month. Members may have and are encouraged to have multiple subscriptions. The draw administrators will make all reasonable efforts to include any member who joins after the first or fifteenth day of the month in the current month's draw.
Any member of Roehampton CC over 18 years of age can become a member of 'The Roe Club', this includes (Parent, Senior, Non-Playing and Life Members). 'The Roe Club' is not limited by numbers/shares - the more numbers/shares that are subscribed to, the bigger the prizes!
Draws will take place on the last Saturday of each month, or failing that, the last day of each month and a member of 'The Roe Club' is eligible for inclusion in the draw so long as the subscription has been paid for that month.
Each member is allocated permanent number in the monthly draw on receipt of their application form. This number shall remain the member's so long as their subscription is up to date.
Members wishing to leave 'The Roe Club' can do so at any time in writing by emailing theroeclub@roehamptoncricketclub.com and will be eligible for draws based on rule 4 above. There are no refunds for subscriptions paid prior to receiving the member's cancellation request.
The draws will be made in the presence of 2 club officials. There shall be 1 monthly prize with those in June and December being jackpots as dictated by the Roehampton CC Committee based on the levels of subscription with the total payout over any 6 month period (5 normal and 1 jackpot months) not being less that 1/3 of the subscriptions. The remaining 2/3 of the subscription will be divided equally between the Roehampton CC official charity(ies) and the club itself.
The first draw will take place in July 2019. The first jackpot month (December 2019), and all following jackpot months will have contributions based on the previous 5 months and the jackpot month itself.
Each number/share receives one jackpot entry for each normal month draw it takes part in. Each £5 number/share for a draw provides £1 for the normal month prize pot, £1.66 to charity, £1.66 to the club and £0.67 to the jackpot pot.
Normal months shall have a prize of £1 for every number/share in the draw.
Jackpot months shall have a normal month prize of £1 for every number/share in the draw and a jackpot prize based on jackpot contributions from the previous 5 normal months and itself.
The allocation of Numbers, and Prize and Draw Results will be available from theroeclub@roehamptoncricketclub.com and will also be published on the Roehampton Cricket Club website.
'The Roe Club' administrators will make all reasonable efforts to pay or post prizes to the winners within a reasonable period after the monthly draw.
The decision of the Roehampton CC Committee shall be final in all matters requiring adjudication.
The Roehampton CC Committee shall also have the power to amend or revoke these rules at their absolute discretion with such reasonable notice to 'The Roe Club' members as is necessary.
