RCC 2s Lose to Old Pauline's 2s...again.

2s bogey team puts the mockers on RCC
The less said about this game the better.
Magnificent bowling displays from Zak Khan (4-26) and Paul Fuchs (4-26) put RCC clearly in the driving seat.
Having to chase down 133 to win should be a formality - not last Saturday it wasn't. Apart from an outstanding maiden RCC 50 from Nick Aspinall (58*) the whole of the team let itself down against a side fighting for its life near the relegation zone.
Aspinall came in at number 3 and saw a procession of RCC batters stick around for a few balls and then disappear back to the container, tail between their legs, overcome with self-mortification. It was just 'one of those days' with the bat. Unfortunately, no-one could stick around to support Nick who was in totally control at the other end. When Nick was left high and dry RCC were just 10 runs short of the target.
Cue sleepless nights and dreams of 'if only I hadn't...'
Much improvement needed next week versus Mitcham away.
Man of the match: Nick Aspinall
