RCC v Dodgers

Dodgers won the toss and decided conditions were good for batting.A good opening spell by Stuart Nash and Pukar Patel made scoring pretty difficult and inevitably wickets started to fall. In fact there was only one of their top six batsmen who scored more than 10. Finally more resistance was shown by the Dodgers number 8 who scored 26.The pick of today's bowlers was Stuart Nash who bowled 8 overs, 3 wickets for 16 runs. The Dodgers landed up with a total of 106.
In reply Sacha Hatteea looked very comfortable from the start and made an unbeaten 59.In this he was ably supported by our official RCC UKIP representative Ian Petersen who made 30. After many years at RCC Ian's now realised that being able to see the ball actually helps! We can now expect
great things. The Cavaliers reached the total with loss of only two wickets.
